Get Unstuck with Client Trauma
And learn Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT)
When you know Advanced Integrative Therapy training is right:
You need a method to treat client trauma gently.
You are searching for a body-mind-spirit approach.
You want a technique that goes beyond talk therapy.
Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT) is a unique approach that combines deep Jungian psychology with ancient spiritual healing wisdom designed to treat the entire being. AIT is a holistic trauma treatment that can be used to treat emotional and physical trauma, psychological trauma, ancestral trauma, single incident trauma, developmental trauma, and cultural and social trauma.
“This was very moving and transformative work. There’s something in it for everyone. I learned tools for immediate use, and found so many parts of the modality to be helpful to integrate into general practice.” AIT Basics Seminar past participant

“This is an incredible modality, something I wish I’d known about sooner. In the training practicing as the client and the clinician was incredibly beneficial and I enjoyed the process immensely.” AIT Basics Graduate
Why you should train in AIT:

You feel overwhelmed with clients’ trauma and how to treat it.
Most graduate programs in Counselling and Psychology fail to teach therapists specific modalities for how to treat trauma. Cognitive approaches are not sufficient to deal with the complex systems of trauma – particularly those dealing with developmental trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression and personality and mood disorders. Trauma pervades many of our client’s lives, and they need more than cognitive help.
You need a systematic and profound approach to healing complex systems of developmental trauma. AIT is that approach. AIT is evidence-based and is as effective as EFT.
You are looking for an approach that combines the body, the mind and the spirit.
Humans are complex, and our needs for healing are also complex. Many approaches to psychology are limited in how they approach emotions or cognitions. Rarely is there a method that heals the entire being—somatically, emotionally, psychologically, neurologically, and spiritually.
AIT uses a powerful combination of Jungian psychological principles and a somatic-based approach that changes neurology and aligns the deep unconscious with ancient spiritual wisdom.

You want a technique that goes beyond talk therapy.
As Fritz Perls (the founder of Gestalt therapy) once said, “there is nothing more dysfunctional than talking about your problems”. Advanced Integrative Therapy is a method that gives you actionable steps to support clients recovering from trauma, rather than just talking about it.
In AIT Training, you will apply the method to your own experiences and trauma. You will walk away with a visceral understanding of AIT and its effectiveness in overcoming past trauma. This training is a learning opportunity and a personal development experience.
Taking AIT Training will transform you and your practice.
I am not someone who is big on giving feedback, but I wanted to make sure I did this time. Having done a lot of CPD over the years this was by far my most positive experience. Anne created a safe, engaging, kind and open group and facilitated us to feel confident in what she was teaching. I’ve started using AIT in my practice immediately with confidence and positive results for clients. Thank you Anne – this course has been life-changing for me and my clients. AIT Graduate

Basics is the introductory seminar for AIT practice. It introduces students to AIT theory and methodology as well as the basic AIT protocols for treating trauma, breaking traumatic patterns, lastingly replacing negative cognitions with positive, realistic ones, developing positive qualities, and treating trauma quickly.
The Basics and Mastering AIT Practice Seminars are prerequisites for all other AIT seminars and provide successful, innovative, energetic methods for treating psychological, physical, and spiritual dysfunctions quickly, gently, lastingly, and easily. The Basics Seminar is required for certification as an AIT practitioner.
Join an AIT Practice Group
After graduating from AIT Basics, you can join an AIT Practice Group. This is an opportunity to continue practicing AIT with fellow therapist-graduates, with access to a supervisor (Anne) to support you with any questions or problems. This is a supported way to continue using what you learned in Basics, and prepare you well for the next level of AIT (Mastering AIT Practice or MAPS).
These sessions are 2 hours long. You will partner with another AIT Graduate (most likely from your own Cohort). For the first hour, one partner serves as the therapist and the other as the client. You will have an hour to practice clearing trauma and working through protocols. Then, you switch roles for the next hour. Between Practice Group sessions, partners are encouraged to meet up to complete the work they started in the group.
Future AIT Basics Training Dates:
January 9 & 10 and January 16 & 17, 2026 (Friday-Saturday training)
February 21 & 22 and February 28 and March 1, 2026 (Saturday-Sunday training)
